How long will it take for my package to arrive?
When your order has been processed, after shipment (which takes 1-3 days), please allow 4-16 business days for your order to arrive (varies by location). Please make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!
I need faster shipping, but I don't find that option at checkout?
We offer a standard fast reliable shipping but if you need a express delivery, contact our support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.

How do I return a product?
If you want to return a product, please notify us by E-MAIL at support@luxtravelstore.com, title your intention of returning the item(s), and the reason for the return. Things happen, if you suspect a manufacturer's defect, please attach a photo of the defect. Include your name, order number, proof of purchase, and tell us if you would prefer a refund or store credit.We'll reply back ASAP (within 24-48 hours)
My package says delivered but I can't find it, what should I do?
Please, allow 24 hours more since sometimes delivery carrier tends to encounter technical issues. If a day has passed, you want to make sure to ask other household members, neighbors, or contact shipping carrier office with your tracking number provided. If none of this work, send us a contact form or email.

Will my payment be safe?
